Hestia enters into a long-term partnership with ARTUS, by which ARTUS acquires a majority stake from Hestia's existing shareholders. As a result, the management team of Hestia and its group companies will become shareholders in the combined group.
Hestia is a nationally active group of companies in the field of water and fire damage restoration. With its nine group companies Aquaplan, GSB Gebäude Schadenservice Bayern, Herrmann Gruppe, Kilic Schadenservice, Klaus Thiele Schadenmanagement, Nunnenkamp Schadenmanagement, Sanierungsservice Küpper, SRT Friedrich and Tronex, it operates across 25 locations with more than 600 specialists from all trades.
